Banting Weekly Meal Plan. BANTING WEEKLY MEAL PLAN 2. May 18, 2014. Full Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. Omelet with brinjal fried in olive oil, cheese, tomato and rocket. Roast Pork, salad with feta and olives (I always drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over my salad) black mushrooms fried in garlic butter, served with a dollop of cream cheese. Full Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. Left over roast pork and salad with feta, olives, avo etc. 3 rashers bacon, 2 poached eggs and a tomato. Full Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt.

Banting Weekly Meal Plan. LCHF MEAL PLAN 1. January 12, 2015. I find that generally I eat two meals a day with a snack in between. I have also tried to cut down on meat this week, so a lot of the meals I share here, are vegetarian friendly. The best advice I can give you is to cut out sugar and cut back on processed carbs as much as possible. If you find you are getting hungry, increase the amount of fat! Tomato with garlic and herbs sprinkled on top. 1/4 chicken (leg and thigh). 1/2 tub cottage cheese. 2 tomatoes and some cucumber slices. Aubergine fried in olive oil. Dollop of full cream Greek yoghurt. Tomato and basil salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil drizzled over the top. 2 egg omelet filled with:. Tomato and onion relish. January 15, 2015. Hi Beautiful Beings,. I believe that it is a combination of processed fats and sugars that are addictive, so will be staying away from ‘junk’ food. One of the things I loved about banting was that I didn’t get hungry. I enjoyed following a LCHF eating plan even though I lost weight quite slowly on it. In all honesty when I followed a low fat low GI diet, I didn’t get hungry either – so I’m hoping to find a balance somewhere down the middle. LCHF MEAL PLAN 1. January 15, 2015 at 6:12 pm.
