The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Monday, July 22, 2013. Because Braxton is the chaplain of the U of M football team I have had the privilege of getting to know some of the University of Memphis football players, staff and staff wives. I have really enjoyed getting to know the wives and have developed some sweet friendships that I hope will last regardless of where the game of football takes their families. Luckily he passed and did not have to perform the limp!

The Brady Family Adventure: April 2012
http://lifeinthehamp.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Last week Braxton turned 39! My sweet husband is so many things to our family. He is a leader, encourager, challenger, tickle monster to Emma Sanders, supporter, comedian, etc. We were excited to celebrate him last week. Well she also encourages people well and so for Braxton's 39th she kept saying, he is turning thirty-fine not thirty nine. I can't wait to see what she comes up with for 40. I then proceeded...

The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Monday, May 20, 2013. My Desire to be a Good Rester. And just like my 5 year old daughter on the days that I am not a good rester I am way more dramatic, antsy, and just down right whiny. And quite the opposite, the days that I rest well are the days that I walk with peace and joy trusting in the goodness of the promises of my King. Mark 6:31 And He said to them, "Come away by yourselves to a lonely place and rest a while.". 901 hat...

http://lifeinthehamp.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Friday, February 17, 2012. 2 Years Ago Today. We have now lived in Binghampton for 6 years, in two different homes, two different streets, and many different friends and neighbors. One thing has remained the same though, our call to be here. We are so grateful and blessed for this community. We have seen good and bad, hurt and healing, light and dark. We have shed tears and we have laughed. Thursday, February 16, 2012.

The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Friday, July 15, 2011. When our kids were about 11 months old we could say "so big" and they would reach their arms into the sky and just grin. Truth is they were really so big to us then but little did we know that within the blink of an eye "so big" turns into standing eye level with you with a size 9 shoe and weighing in at 103 lbs. Preston looked at me and said, "I get it, Jesus is in control." Exactly. Thursday, July 7, 2011.

The Brady Family Adventure: March 2012
http://lifeinthehamp.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
The Brady Family Adventure: Taking Initiative for the Benefit of Others. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Not Really What You Would Call a Runner. I did continue to run and since we have had such nice weather I have really enjoyed it. I can't really run in our neighborhood, well I can but the police tend to stop white women in new kicks from Fleet Feet, sporting new jogging wear from Target, and ask, "Ma'am are you okay, do you know where you are? I finished, don't even ask because I am not about to tell my time...
