RECIPE: JESSICA'S PROTEIN PANCAKES. 188; cup rolled oats (or instant oats). 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1/3 cup non-fat cottage cheese. 1 tbsp olive oil (or grape-seed oil). Optional: 1 cup blueberries OR 1 banana sliced. Mix oats, egg whites, protein, and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Add fruit, if desired. Refrigerate mixture for 3 minutes while heating a pan over medium heat. Pour 1 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil into pan until pan is hot. Monday, May 9, 2011.
