Aurora Gang: Adventures in South Carolina - Part 3
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2009/01/adventures-in-south-carolina-part-3.html
Thursday, January 1, 2009. Adventures in South Carolina - Part 3. One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to Brattonsville. Which was a 775 acre plantation owned by the Bratton family during the American Revolution. In fact much of the movie "The Patriot" was filmed on location. All the animals were dependants of the original livestock, so the pigs were Spanish and the horses were Belgiums. I think Tom is a bit too tall to live comfortably in the slave house. Brownlee's Beeswax: November 2006
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 13, 2006. Family came over to Bob and Nancy's house to visit. We had a little too much fun with my costume teeth. Brennan thought it was especially hilarious. He is such a ham and loves making people laugh. Friday, November 10, 2006. Dr Brownlee I presume. Merrick passed his defense today! Thursday, November 09, 2006. Wednesday, November 08, 2006. Over the river and through the woods. Well, I am not going to "grandmother's house," but my grandpa is coming to our house! Street (those who ...

Brownlee's Beeswax: Back at it...
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2015/06/back-at-it.html
Thursday, June 11, 2015. It is June 10th. It is the first day of summer vacation. It is sunny and 80 perfect degrees outside. And yet, I'm blogging. Don't get me wrong. I did spend the first five hours of my day in the back yard. pulling weeds, trimming bushes, cutting down trees. But now my arms are scraped and puffy, my eyes are swollen, I can't hear out of my left ear, and I can't breathe out of my nose. I'm house-bound by my allergies. I love. On to third grade. So glad you are back! On to third grade.

Aurora Gang: March 2009
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 8, 2009. Most of you that know us know by now we have quite the menagerie of critters in our household. Over the years that have given us a great sense of joy mixed in with a bit of grief. I have collected some pictures of the the funny things they do. How we do the dishes.they get them pretty clean! I could be a flower and mail myself to Laurie, but if that fails I will just indulge myself in the celebrations.". This looks like a good place to warm my buns.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Aurora Gang: June 2008
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 20, 2008. Most of you know I am nuts about my little Granddog Woody. Well his people (the same ones that put little dogs in clear plastic boxes) – see http:/ www.tomdeboard.com/wurdy - think they need to take him to South Carolina. As you can see Woody loves the farm dog life and is treated like royalty as he is carted around the farm. That is why he must. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mama and Me from PDX. Aurora Gang: SNOW
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2009/01/snow.html
Thursday, January 1, 2009. We had to "plow" with the tractor just to get hay into the barn and to clean the stalls. We all worked very hard so at times it was difficult to enjoy the sheer beauty of the snow. Finally my little Gnome started to see a thaw. If Laurits drives anything like Laurie I'd say I know at least partially why it was the "scariest drive ever recorded". January 2, 2009 at 3:18 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brownlee's Beeswax: February 2007
http://teambrownlee.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 24, 2007. I caught her trying to close her eyes, but you can tell she was having a great time with us! This morning Drew called and asked if we could watch Sydney. Today So, she spent the morning and early afternoon with us. We had a lot of fun on a walk in the rain, and playing with an egg separator. But by far her favorite thing to do was to play Zelda with Merrick. (Well, she for sure liked trying to get the controller into her mouth). You can tell just how thrilled she is with Zelda.

Aurora Gang: What a Difference a Year Makes; or Not
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2009/01/what-difference-year-makes-or-not.html
Thursday, January 1, 2009. What a Difference a Year Makes; or Not. November 16th 2007 my Mom's life as well as Laurits and mine changed forever. Mom was in a head on collision that at the time threatened her life. She has a determination and a will to live that served her well and today she continues to enjoy much of the things she used to do. Thankfully painting which gives her the most enjoyment is something she is still able to do today. So here she was August 2007 in front of the Woodburn Art Center.

Aurora Gang: September 2008
http://auroragang.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 12, 2008. So living in Oregon we seem to experience wet winters, and when we built our barn we failed to take into consideration the direction the wind would blow the rain. This resulted in it becoming necessary to close all the big doors on the barn to keep the rain from soaking the aisle. Hmmmmm why not put a porch on the barn so the door can be open?
