Laquo; still here. Don't think I don't think about it. ». September 24, 2008. September a year ago in two strange parts. My grandmother died a year ago today. I stood by a hospital bed alone a leap year ago and they turned off the machine and her heart stopped beating and her mouth went slack. I started on a trip around the sun then that hasn’t been pretty and at times has been absolutely horrifying. Where’s your motha, where’s your motha? Can this bed go down? The inclination is to give it to them, yes?

As fast as I possibly can, I navigate through this little thing we all call “life”. Without hesitation, I leap. I absolutely must find the quickest, most efficient way from Point A to Point B. 50 Pounds and Drunk Athletes. This morning I stepped on the scale to discover that the hemp hearts. On top of everything else. Had broken my plateau. YAY! Also, as of today, I have lost 50 pounds since 2006, and 21 of those pounds were since March of this year.
