I just got back in town from my last hurrah trip before i start my new job. it just so happened that work set my start date perfectly so i could squeeze in a bit of family vacation before starting life in the real world. perfect! Everything but the Queso. July 14, 2014. We’ve really enjoyed having the opportunity to have travel plans this Summer. Aside from a few smaller trips this past Fall, we haven’t gone anywhere since our honeymoon in 2011. This year has finally worked out where time off and finances have decided to align and we’ve been able to put several trips on the books. All of which include a beach so I couldn’t be happier. Friday, October 19, 2012. Birthday week extravaganza part 1. In case you missed it, my birthday was wednesday. and in case you don't know me my birthday is kind of a big. Deal so for the past week or so we've been celebrating my birthday with lots of fun activities. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. This weekend, austin and i celebrated our one year anniversary. can you believe it? It doesn't seem like that long ago that we were just here. Feel free to read all about it as we try to become diy-ers. We've been in our home for six whole months now! Home ownership is just as everyone says- a LOT of work! Slowly but surely we're cracking away at our to-do lists {and continuously adding more to do, as well! And eventually get new roof. Fence in entire yard. New pretty storm doors {we've got one on the front, need one for the side}. Paint siding or get vinyl siding. Build a huge deck. Clean up the disaster by mailbox. And get rid of the stump.
