The house was built in 2010,set amongest a small cluster of houses.It is situated on an acre of land within limits of the village of THOLARIA with an excellent view of the bay of AEGIALI and the island of DΟNOUSA. The distance to the beach of Aegiali is approximately 3 kilometers and just a few minutes walk to taverns, a general store and the village shops.
