On January 20, we were blessed to have Taylor sealed to our family in the Mesa, Arizona Temple. What a special day it was for our family. We are so thankful to be able to be together as a family forever. The following day, Dad gave Felix a name and a blessing. Trini - what a ham! Ethan, being sweet?

Friday, December 17, 2010. I've been meaning for a while to buy a candy jar. One that sits on my entry table and holds seasonal candy. A couple of weeks ago I finally got one and filled it with peppermint kisses. So, yummy! I got a good laugh out of that. A few days later, I again quized my kids on the number of days and as soon as everyone yelled out the right number Porter said, "I'll get the candy! Thursday, September 15, 2011. Happy Birthday, Regan! It feels like I just keep doing birthday posts! Today is Regan's 14th birthday! It seems like not too long ago she looked like this:. She still does that goofy smile. Regan still cracks me up. She's so sarcastic and I have no idea where she got that! Must be from her dad. Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Choosing a garden to tend. It's been long enough that I can't actually remember the last time we took our Thanksgiving holiday on the road. Monday, March 17, 2014. From Groundbreaking to Dedication. Just a little over three years ago,. We took a picture of our kids in the fields of where our Gilbert temple would stand. Cooper would be baptized just a couple of months later. We watched the temple rise from those empty fields. Then they were 8, 12 and 15 years of age. Now they are 11, 15 and 18 years old. So many wonderful and yes, even hard things transpired in those passing years. Only 7 minutes from my front door to the doors of the temple.
