It’s not always possible to meet with me on a weekly basis, so here are some workouts you can do while on vacation from training. As always, please consult with me or a doctor before starting any exercise routine. Don’t forget to also stick with your meal plan. Run 1/4 mile, do 50 squats and 20 push-ups. Do 4 rounds. 30-25-20-15-10-5 of Squats, bench dips and sit-ups. 20 Burpees and 50 sit ups for 4 rounds.
