Well, It's been a few days, but I wanted to let everyone know that I am in my new place. Here are the pros and cons:. The landlord is going to be a bit of a hardass. My toilet won't stop running. My air conditioner is about as old as these apartments (24 years old). My bedroom is upstairs and Charter won't wire cable up there. I can see work from my front door. I have a bar.
