I don't know for sure what's going on, but here are some of my thoughts about it. Since my last post, my life has changed completely several times. My husband (DH) was diagnosed officially with Lewy Body Dementia. February 5, 2013, DH succumbed to the flu. He passed away much more peacefully than he likely would have had he continued to deal with LBD. I am both relieved for him, for myself, and for his family, and saddened by the loss of my companion for the past 25 years. Labels: Lewy Body Dementia.

Thursday, May 28, 2009. Moving on. Life WITHOUT Lewy. I just realized that it has been ages since I've posted. Life is moving on, slowly but surely, without Lewy's presence.which is sad and wonderful all rolled in one. I am still receiving bills from all of Daddy's care.even from the VA who told me they had taken care of everything once I squared away the actual day he died for them. Sheeesh! But, what else is new? Our family is trying to move on, grow and find peace in what we learned on this journey.
