So I was walking into Fry's today and noticed that there were two parking spaces right up front with signs stating that they were for "electric vehicles" only. This lead to the following sets of questions in my mind, and perhaps these answers. 1 Is this enforceable? If so, on what grounds? By parking in the "wrong" spot are you trespassing? Can they tow your vehicle? 3 What, exactly, is the point of this?
