A real person eating (mostly) real food. My LCHF week in review: July 20 – July 26. July 27, 2015. Starting weight = 217.4 lbs. Ending weight = 215.2 lbs. It was a solid week on the LCHF diet front for me, resulting in a 2.2 pound weight loss. That’s over one-percent of my current body weight. To me, it’s a perfect amount to lose in a week. If I can keep it up, I’ll reach my target weight of 199 pounds by the end of September. A side-effect of the steroid medication is that it raises blood glucose levels.

Vispa 4 ägg med 1,5 msk fiberhusk och 1,5 tsk bakpulver. Riv och häll i 4 dl ost och blanda till jämn smet. Klicka ut på bakplåtspapper (8-9 st) och strö över vallmofrön. Grädda i 200 grader i 15 minuter. Ät med mycket Bregott och ost. Fredag 6 juni 2014. 1 riven lök gul lök. 1 dl riven parmesan. 3 tsk sambal oelek. 3 dl turkisk yoghurt. Tisdag 27 maj 2014.

Søndag den 8. januar 2017. Tacokrydret fisk med urtedressing. En lille hurtig fiskeopskrift. 250 g hvid fisk, jeg brugte brosme men sej ville også være godt. 1 spsk hjemmelavet tacokrydderi, se nedenfor. Smørret smeltes på en pande. Imens skæres fisken i ca 1,5 cm strimler og vendes i tacokrydderi. Steges i 2-3 minutter indtil fisken lige akkurat er færdig. Serveres på hjertesalatblade med urtedressing, se nedenfor. 1 spsk delikatesse paprika. 1 tsk tørret koriander. 3 spsk creme fraice. 1 løg i tern.
