LETTERS OUT OF AFRICA. Thursday, October 27, 2011. French tutoring lessons have begun at the Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Provo. This very handsome young tutor is Br. Blake Mason from Orange County, CA who just returned six months ago after serving a two-year mission to France and Switzerland. Lessons every M-W-F for one hour. He's been very encouraging and helpful (Tres bien! But then it's about two hours every day trying to do the homework (Je ne sais pas! The BEST WAY to send a card or letter.

This is George's son, Chris Smith with his wife, Becky, and two of their three children, Jaden and Clarissa, along with Becky's parents, Patricia and Dan Knudsen. George's other five children live from coast to coast. Last year, our ward boundaries were changed. LETTERS OUT OF AFRICA. Sunday, May 27, 2012. A very heavy wind and rain storm blew this flower off a tall tree and enabled me to pick it up. It sat on my desk for the rest of the day to be enjoyed. George said, "Come with me. You've got to see something." So, I followed him (reluctantly). Right into the Men's Bathroom. We would go with Elder and Sister Dela Cruz. We would ride across the Halifax Harbour on one of the passenger ferries. The day was beautiful and we had a wonderful day. Okay, this ferry terminal in Eastern Passage is not the terminal we wanted- this one is mainly used for those who cross the harbor for work each day and has a limited schedule.
