Don't ya just love what you can do with a little fabric? Sunday, June 29, 2014. We found an old trunk at the farm after Grandma Ruth passed away. Someone had painted it dark brown! Not hard work, but it was time consuming. I work on this on and off for about 3 weekends or so. I used vintage dictionary pages to line the inside. I am really pleased how well it turned out. Don't ya just love what you can do with a little fabric? Sunday, November 24, 2013. New Dry Sink done! Full of vintage goodness! I think this is the 4th arrangement I did. One below, had a birdcage on the left, but I thought it looked too big. And one had an ice cream can that I thought was too small. I have very happy with the outcome. I will add some Christmas touches. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Seasons Change Mixed Media Artist Journal Page. Le frisson of the hunt. View my complete profile.

http://sewsweetvintage.blogspot.com/2015/05/repurposed-shutter.html
Don't ya just love what you can do with a little fabric? Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Some of the slats were missing, so I remove 3 more to make an even opening on each end. Used my trusty staple gun to attach some chicken wire to the openings, added some saw tooth hangers to the back and called it done! May 27, 2015 at 4:34 PM. This is...
