This Magpie kept bugging this deer and eventually went in and pecked it, that's when the deer stood up and walked off. Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Being from Arizona where there are no moose, this is the first bull moose I've seen in the wild. It wasn't trophy size but still pretty cool. Huntsville in the Fall. Thursday, April 28, 2011. This is a Cormorant. A Mallard Drake after dipping his head under water. This funny looking bird is called the Swan Goose, or its latin name of Anser Cygnoides. The Swan Goose has its native range in the Mongolia, China, Russia area. A Mallard Hen resting on a rock. Robins in the Frost. Cranes of the Sandhill. From about 50 yards off they seemed to be around 5.5 - 6 feet tall. This guy would throw a stick in the air and dance while it came down. The Devils Slide in Morgan Utah.

I was good to bring a change of clothes for him, but forgot to bring a change of clothes for me. So I had pooped stained shorts for the rest of our flights. Here is one end of the giant tug-of-war rope (left) and a picture of me standing by one of the two ends of the rope they connect together to create one really long rope (right). I decided I would try to help move it, but it was a little to heavy for me! Then they tie the two round edges together and we are ready to begin. Thursday, January 31, 2013. Christmas Eve/Christmas Day 2011. Christmas this year was on a Sunday. We still had church at 9am, but it was just Sacrament Meeting, so only an hour. We woke up and opened our stockings before church. Then we came home from church to open the presents from under the tree. Here are a few pics of what we got.
