Tuesday, February 15, 2011. I'm pathetic I tell you). Anyways, I wasn't hungry at all thanks to my super filling breakfast but I stopped at Paradise Bakery for a bowl of tomato soup and . . . cookies :( Hopefully tomorrow I'll do better. I will say that the Vegan thing is cool so far in that everything I'm eating is very filing and I'm not usually hungry. Plus, I can eat a lot of food - as long as it's healthy. Sunday, September 13, 2009. Yesterday I completed my second triathlon! It was so great. I mean, it was really so great. My first one was right after Josie was born, and Emily and I made up our own course. Fun. This time I did it with Eirene, and we did the Powertri Yuba triathlon out in Levan Utah. We even got a t-shirt! It was so thrilling to race with other athletes, and I loved the spirit of camaraderie between everyone. People would just yell "Good work! Now we're just pushing out the placenta!

She was born to Samuel LeRoy and Annie Margaret Gillen Williams on August 14, 1927 in Murray, Utah.
