Lean Strong and Fit. Just another WordPress site. Rest Day P90X day 28. This is the first rest day that I’ve taken since starting P90X and I feel pretty good. My weight hasn’t changed but I feel stronger and more capable during the workouts. The real test for me mentally and physically is always the YogaX workout.
