Lean Strong and Fit. Just another WordPress site. Rest Day P90X day 28. This is the first rest day that I’ve taken since starting P90X and I feel pretty good. My weight hasn’t changed but I feel stronger and more capable during the workouts. The real test for me mentally and physically is always the YogaX workout. I’ve been feeling stronger through it so I know that my overall strength and flexibility is improving. Next workout is: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X. This entry was posted in P90X.
