A Resource For Homeschoolers. Use Unit Studies to Ignite Learning in Your Homeschool. Sonlight Core P4/5 Review →. Sonlight Core B review. May 30, 2016. We used Sonlight Core B for my 2nd grade son this past year and we LOVED it! I’ll break down what woked for us, our favorite parts and the things we didn’t really care for. We never used the Sing the Word cd. I also incorporated some age appropriate history studies on YouTube and Netflix and we watched those every so often. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

A Resource For Homeschoolers. Vive la France Dinner. February 26, 2017. We have been studying the Hundred Years War with Story of the World and have really been enjoying this unit study so much. Since our geography of France hit around the same time, we decided to have a French dinner and presentation. It’s a nice way to include Daddy who’s usually at work during the daily studies. We read about proper French etiquette and set the table as the French would. It was such a fun night! February 20, 2017.

A Resource For Homeschoolers. Sonlight Core B review. 2016/2017 Homeschool Plans →. Sonlight Core P4/5 Review. May 30, 2016. We used this curriculum for my kindergartener and liked it. Book choices were fantastic:. His favorite books were the science books. We really did a lot of fun stuff with those books. We did a notebook for all his science that he covered and pictures that he drew. We watched videos and did experiments (which I added). I felt like that was lacking for a K program.
