https://learningfromstudents.wordpress.com/2015/06/15/vegetarian-cucumber-noodle-quinoa-salad/comment-page-1
E-Portfolio and Teaching Journey. June 15, 2015. Vegetarian Cucumber-Noodle Quinoa Salad. OK, so this is definitely a salad. No doubt about it. It is a cold salad with cucumbers, quinoa, and dressing. My major learning project was not supposed to include salads at all – simply because that is what I am most familiar with making. However, I found this recipe on Inspiralized. Here is an actual video showing how to create these cucumber slices:. Fresh dill, green onion (which I decided to add to the recipe ...

E-Portfolio and Teaching Journey. June 17, 2015. Tech Tools and Assessment. Photo credit: @sage solar. As I’ve been thinking of how I will summarize my learning for ECMP355, I have been looking into the different tech tools available in which students could use to demonstrate their learning. What have I found so far? There are basically TONS of possibilities. One tool I have come across and may consider using as a way to summarize my learning for ECMP355 is Explain Everything. Mediterranean Beets with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese – Learning From Students
https://learningfromstudents.wordpress.com/2015/06/28/mediterranean-beets-with-tomatoes-and-feta-cheese/comment-page-1
E-Portfolio and Teaching Journey. June 28, 2015. June 28, 2015. Mediterranean Beets with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese. For my final recipe of my ECMP355 Major Learning Project, I chose something mediterranean inspired. Another reason I gravitated towards the recipe (mostly the picture, to be honest) is because I love beets. There are so many nutritional benefits of beets. Including anti-oxidants and improved optimal health. I actually found the recipe through my Twitter. Posted in Major Learning Project.
