I pulled up all of the old black weed preventative paper (which didn’t work very well) along with all of the weeds that had really dug their way in…. Laid a good solid coat of newspapers down, a very thick layer…. Then another layer…… (🙂 No weeds are getting through this sucker )…. 3 good size hibiscus…. June 13, 2012.
