Taking the inspiration and romance out of inspirational romance. Apr 28th, 2011 10:59 am. I have read a lot of inspirational romance in the past few years. This post has been building for about three of those years. Things that annoy me in Christian fiction. I really am not going to tolerate much more of these things:. Stories in which the women are stronger in their faith than the men. GIVE ME SOME STRONG GUY LEADERS. Also? Yes, totally. TOTALLY. Being able to manage the ranch, ride, shoot? Women who do...

Homeschooling, learning disabilites, and oh hey I have a first grader. - Literary Fangirl. Homeschooling, learning disabilites, and oh hey I have a first grader. Aug 1st, 2011 07:51 am. Anne of Green Gables. And neither of us care if Gavin Rossdale is a poser because come on, 'Machine Head.'. Like turned into love pretty fast. Twelve years, a diamond, a mortgage, a child and a whole lotta other stuff later, we're about to embark on a new homeschool adventure. Because of my failing grades when I was in se...

Be My Fictional Valentine? WIP excerpt) - Literary Fangirl. Be My Fictional Valentine? Feb 14th, 2011 07:00 am. In which Teagan tries to figure out what to do on her first day at her new school. First time ever I've been bummed it's a Saturday. I'm flipping to the next page in my handbook to see if there are any notes on what to do on the weekend when someone knocks on my door. I call. If it's Catalina, maybe she can help me figure out where I'm supposed to be. A man, really. He's just got that eyebrow a...

Blooming Eventually: June 2010
http://shebloomseventually.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
One Woman's Attempt to Make Something of Herself, Already. She Who (Eventually) Blooms. I have two books coming out this year. Far out. Still, this living-and-succeeding thing is experimental theatre, and the question remains—will I bloom, eventually? Or will I ditch the whole writing thing, adopt a xanax habit, abandon my own identity and live the rest of my life vicariously through my children? Hmm, let’s find out. View my complete profile. Speaking of Holiday Spirit... - Arse About Face
http://arseaboutface.livejournal.com/685602.html
Such stuff as dreams are made on. Speaking of Holiday Spirit. Nov 5th, 2010 at 11:47 AM. In the realm of sappy music, two names come immediately to mind: popular Christmas music, and that guy who did Butterfly Kisses. Those of us who get off on this sort of crap (almost always in secret and shame, sort of like how we wish furries would operate) have oft wondered what untold brilliance would result if ever these two were to meet. It was almost Christmas time. There I stood in another line. A pair of shoes.

Look To The Sky. Friday, February 27, 2009. I think I'll share. Some photos of the ever growing Will David with you all! I know I'm biased, but still.you can't deny his cuteness! After all I've been scrapping lately, I am thinking I reached a point of no mojo! Maybe a few days of no inspiration will lead, once again, to a time of super uber inspiration. I'm hoping anyways. We are having a nice evening at home. The kids went with daddy to get a few movies. We got a James Bond one, with Sean Connery. In th...

The Life of Me. Yes, it's me! I guess I'm officially a blog quitter. . I'm so freaking busy I can't even judge me. You can feel free to do so though. But Guess who is going on a trip? Me and my peeps! 160; We'll be flying into Cleveland on June 25 and will be in that area until Saturday the 28th. From there we'll head to Baltimore/DC for a week, drive to NJ, visit NYC for a dayish, and then fly home. I'm super excited! 160; I got the last of things booked today and managed to do it almost affordably.

The Life of Me.: popping in
http://fromadrienne.blogspot.com/2014/02/popping-in.html
The Life of Me. I don't necessarily love winter, but I sure prefer winter over drowning in the mud. It's sooo bad. Gross. This winter has been really mild thus far. As a matter of fact, I think it's very wrong to live in Colorado and not even get a snow day. I'm looking forward to spring - I imagine it will be here in the blink of an eye. Of course, spring coming doesn't mean the end of snow - we won't get bitter cold temps, but we're likely to get a few good snows in March/April. We'll be married a doze...

Dancing in the Rain
Dancing in the Rain. View my complete profile. Thursday, November 24, 2011. A couple of years ago I read all the Little House books with my oldest two children. I'm not sure which book it is in - but in one of them a big swarm of locust (or grasshoppers) come and eat all the crops - they totally wiped out everything. How devastated these families must have been! And said "I'll sit really still Mommy" and he did. Now the amazing thing about this is that last year if he knew I was scared he would have foun...

Homeschooling, learning disabilites, and oh hey I have a first grader. Aug 1st, 2011 07:51 am. Once upon a time, a girl met a boy on the Internet and they fell in like. When the girl found out the boy had been homeschooled and planned on homeschooling his kids, as he hoped to have some someday, something inside the girl clicked. I could marry this guy. He's a possibility. We like the same spiritually angsty folk rock, he can quote. Anne of Green Gables. Because of my failing grades when I was in seventh,...
