A Beginning Runner's Guide to Insanity. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Sadly, I have not had a good last 2 weeks – running-wise. . I did not run at all. For example, I took 2 days off to have a 4 day weekend and didn’t even run once. The good news (if you could call it that) was that I felt really bad about it. I knew I should have run but at the same time, I really just didn’t want to. . That’s a bad weekend to have when you’re less than 2 weeks away from your FIRST 5K RACE! Labels: Couch to 5K.
