北京市教委委托 提高北京市群体干预解决学习困难学生的预警跟踪及提升学习质量的行动实践 项目 中小学数学教育衔接研究 总结会在北师大召开. 研究”项目组试图从数学学科入手，通过“群体干预”和“个体干预”两种方案尝试解决中小学数学学习衔接问题。 首先，通州区教师研修中心王洪霞老师从“群体干预” “个体干预”的角度做了题为 理论导航实践跟进深化中小学数学教育衔接的研究 的汇报。 门头沟区新桥路中学邓建宁老师从“群体干预”的角度做了题为 应用“衔接手册”探索中小数学学习衔接新路径 的汇报。 密云县河南寨中学崔连辉从“个体干预”的角度做了题为 人机对话游戏充分调动了学生学数学的积极性 的汇报。 文喆研究员谈到了两个方面的感受 第一，“中小学数学教育衔接研究”项目通过“群体干预” “个体干预”的方式，充分利用信息技术、网络技术来解决学生学习差异化问题，为提高学生学习主动性，让学生有步骤、有计划地去掌握有关知识搭建了良好平台。

一般来说，学校教育有两项核心责任，一是帮助儿童、少年发展，学习、掌握社会性的发展工具，亦即学会读、写、算等人类创造的认识工具和认识方法，并进而学习、掌握人类最重要的认识成果，这叫“学文化”学求知 二是帮助儿童、少年融入次级社会组织，亦即学习从家庭成员转变为学校、班级成员，学会同没有血缘与经济联系的人共处，这叫“学会共同生活”，学做人。 中国文化中的“道”，就是一个人安身立命的所在，是为人处世的根本之道，其实也就指广义的“做人”，传这个“道”，是所有教师的共同责任。 文化的内涵丰富复杂，教师“术业有专攻”，不同的人教不同的知识，有不同的技能侧重，有不同的发展优长，于是就有不同的“业师”。 当然，在现代学校制度建立以前，“传道授业解惑”是统一的，所有的教师都是兼当“人师”和“业师”。 然而，随着现代科学技术的发展，现代教育的科学文化知识的传承任务越加繁重复杂，再加上现代学校的分科教学方式，连同各种各样的考核、测量对师生的压力，当代学校的教学工作就越来越偏重于“学文化”的要求 教物理的，只关注学生的物理知识技能，教英语的，只关心学生的英语表达，各自责任领域区别的很清楚。
