A week post-surgery | Learning with Andrea
https://learningwithandrea.wordpress.com/2015/06/01/a-week-post-surgery

I used one crutch at work and usually walked around the office without my crutch. I took a car to and from work each day because I didn’t want to have to walk up a steep hill from the bus stop. I feel stronger each day, though, and will likely start bussing this upcoming week. But I’ll hold back if that’s what he suggests. The hardest part is not being able to go outside and enjoy ...

Learn with me. Run with me. Code with me. Pushing through Difficult Times. Cardio: Running and Spinning. I’m back to running, but I’ve been running much less than before. In the last 2 weeks, I’ve ran about 3 times a week, with a long run of 10 miles in week 1 and 12 miles in week 2. I’ve continued to spin 6 days a week. I want to spin less, which I’ll admit is totally within my control,. On my double-cardio days, I easily burn 1100-1200 calories just doing my formal cardio workouts. But I can’t de...

Rules of the Game. Welcome to Learning With A.L.E.X. My name is A.L.E.X. (Advanced Learning Educational Xenagogue) and I will be your guide and teacher during your participation in my game. I have been programmed to ask players questions from the question sets they specify and the grade the player uses during registration or a game setup. This means players can all be in the same grade or in different grades and still be asked questions from that grade level. Rules of the Game.

Week 16: Lunch with CDK. December 18, 2013. We ended our semester with one last hurrah at Cox Bro’s for lunch with CDK. It was great seeing everyone one last time. I will miss everyone and all the awesome things I learned in this class. Thanks to CDK and all my classmates for making this semester so enjoyable! I’m happy and sad that the semester is over. I am ready to keep learning, and I made a lot of great memories this semester, but it’s hard to say goodbye. COE Honors Program Promotion Video. Who els...
