We can survive with one or two bad nights’ sleep. But if poor sleep persists our ability to function will be severely compromised. Some six years ago my life was a struggle. It was truly a nightmare at times. Quality sleep eluded me. My energy levels were low. I became depressed and my memory was poor. June 2, 2015.
