Looking for that part of me that got tossed aside when I grew up. Monday, July 22, 2013. On Saturday, Elly turned 21 months and got croup for the first time, all in the same day! We had a fun play group in the morning, extended our date with E to play in Elly's new crabby pool, and had one of mommy's friends over for dinner that evening. She's already feeling mostly better. although she's still trying to take advantage of the "snuggle in bed with mommy" opportunities! Links to this post. Crafty Blogs, Etc.

Looking for that part of me that got tossed aside when I grew up. Having a baby sure got in the way of finishing my 30 before 30 list, so I've changed it to 35 before 35. here's hoping I won't have to change it to 40 in 5 years! Build a piece of furniture. Open an etsy shop. Enter a craft in the county fair. Learn how to knit. Make a craft corner in our nook. Visit Quebec and/or Ontario. Have a majority self-made wardrobe. A secret one that I know but I'm not posting. Finish "redecorating" the front yard.

Looking for that part of me that got tossed aside when I grew up. Sunday, August 04, 2013. Temporary setback with the undies. So, Elly was super jazzed about undies and potties for about 4 days, and then she decided that she was having WAY too much fun playing to actually stop for 5 seconds to sit on the pot. So. I'd say undies are only about 20% of the day right now, with lots of encouragement and reminders about how FUN the potty is! We are in TX right now visiting Elly's cousins! Kiss kiss for baby!

Tuesday, March 17, 2009. 34 Weeks and Counting! Tummy pictures, after 34 weeks of being pregnant! She has really "popped" out this past week! We're hoping that she'll wait until at least the first of May for insurance reasons, but- if it weren't for that- I would love to deliver. Has already dropped into my pelvis and I'm pretty uncomfortable. I can't imagine what six more weeks is going to make me feel like! Nevertheless, I'm thankful she's healthy and she'll be here soon! Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Drew absolutely loves corn on the cob! I gave him this small cob wondering if he'd figure out how to take a bite.he ended up eating the whole thing! I was delightfully shocked! Walking with Grandpa to the swingset! Playing soccer in our yard. My parents came to visit last weekend. The weather was beautiful, so we spent a lot of time outside. Drew is growing up so fast.he's walking everywhere and seems much happier with life now that he's mobile. Yay for walking! A Day at the Zoo!
