How I turned into a Bretzel Queen :). Jeudi 26 mars 2009. Day 3 - I'm getting there! Even an amateur baker needs the right utensils which is why I ditched my old weighing scale for my brand new metallic, precise digital friend. How I turned into a Bretzel Queen :). Mardi 24 mars 2009. Day 1 - My first attempt. Exciting stuff :) , I bought all the ingredients, chose my first test recipe from a German specialist cookbook and started baking :). I decided to learn to make the simple one first and then to move on to more exotic versions.logique :). The outcome should have looked like this picture but of course it didn't.
