http://megleigh.livejournal.com/205262.html
Incurable Urge to Write. Apr 4th, 2010 at 11:32 AM. Well, I think it is exciting, anyway. My short story The Toy Shop which I published a few months ago on Smashwords.com has qaulified as part of the first shipment of books from Smashwords to Apple's new iBook store which means the story will be available for purchase to those lucky enough to get their grabby little hands on an Apple iPad when the gadget launches today. Ebook By Meg Leigh. Rating: Not yet rated. Published: Feb. 07, 2010. Ghost of a chance.

Scheherezade in the palace. On emerging, in many ways. Apr 27th, 2011 at 9:35 PM. Oh dear. Oh deary me. Oh deary, deary me. Perhaps if I do my very best Stephen Fry impersonation, you will be kind enough to not notice my absence? Particularly since that absence is now ended? Or is the resounding chime of crickets a sign that you did not shrivel and dry up without my deathless prose? The really big things I've missed announcing, though: I Reach Through Time and Touch the Other Side. And thank fuck for tha...

Cambridge Fellows drabbles - Charlie Cochrane - Mysteries with a dash of slash, romances with just a pinch of spice
http://charliecochrane.livejournal.com/47703.html
November 6th, 2009 (10:55 am). Is it possible to fanfic oneself? At my other LJ I'm doing a meme involving requests for drabbles/ficlets; I've produced two, so far, for Jonty and Orlando. Prompt: a new recipe. Midges, midges and more bloody midges. If anyone asks me my opinion of Scotland that’s what I’ll tell them. The place is infested. Orlando Coppersmith sat down on a rock, immediately jumping up as if stung by one of the little wretches and looked exceedingly put out. That’s the spirit, Richard beam...

Mark R. Probst. Ramblings from a Literature Lover and Sometimes Writer. What I've been reading for fun. Dec 3rd, 2011 at 12:11 AM. Oh well, now Im going to read something that Ive heard people raving about for years: Ursula K. Le Guins Earthsea books. Cant go wrong there. 8 comments Leave a comment. Dec 3rd, 2011 11:01 pm (UTC). The dangers of self-publishing! But I agree with you about Ursula le Guin. My favourite is 'The Left Hand of Darkness' which has some very interesting ideas about gender. I envy ...
