在教育這個領域，同樣存在著昨日、今日、明日這三個不同的時間點。站在這三個不同的時間點上，看待教學這件事便有不同的觀感。 孩子之於老師等同昨日之於今日，我們以現在的思維去指導他們面對未來的世界，這是目前教育現場的現況，但我們卻常忘了我們該抱持怎樣的觀點來看待未來的事物演變與進展，是窠臼於過往的經驗，亦是依循著傳統的觀念。就怕直到明日的到來之後才發現眼前的光景竟與現實截然不同，此刻徒呼負負也僅是枉然。 未來想像不僅是學生端的學習，對於教學端的教師而言更是一種思惟模式的改變。當我們站在一個制高的思考點來思索如何解決即將到來各項情境與挑戰，並落實於教學之中，實踐於教學的改變。 只是雨勢和泥濘的雙腳讓我亂了分寸，雖然有帶手機可以電話聯絡，但怎樣也不想弄到搜救隊或是社會版面的田地。記得西遊記裡每次孫悟空找不到唐僧或是迷路，便會拿著金箍棒往地上一敲，嘴裡唸著有請福德正神，沒多久土地公就會出現指點迷津。此時的我多想有個土地公能幫幫我，儘早找出一條回家的路。 頭髮被雨淋濕，褲子帶水也...昨晚看到103年度校長徵選的榜單，腦海思緒幾度翻騰，竟也一夜不得好眠。 校長今天兩度約談，不外乎來年要如何準備以及相關的...
