Located in Simpson Bay, Lee’s Roadside Grill offers a totally relaxing atmosphere for all visitors that want to surrender to the flavors of our local cuisine. Maximum 6 people on the boat. Check in time: AM trips 6:30am PM trips 12:30pm. Fishing on a 31Ft Bertram - Captain and Mate - Rods and Bait. Beer, soda, water and full day trips also get a light lunch. Bring hats, towels, sun glasses, sun screen, and camera. Shared trips arranged upon request. We fish for Blue/White Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and Tuna. We troll around St. Maarten, off the bank of Saba, St. Eustatius, Anguilla and St. Barths. THE BOAT KEEPS THE CATCH. Lee Halley was born in Simpson Bay, a traditional fishing village here in St. Maarten. As a boy, Lee was a big fan of baseball and an accomplished player as well but his love for diving and fishing was greater. It’s no wonder that he grew up to be a commercial fisherman like his father Gaston. Lee started his fishing business in 1973 with a locally built 18ft boat.
