THE EAT YOUR HEART OUT DIET : Frequently Asked Questions
http://theeatyourheartoutdiet.blogspot.com/p/frequently-asked-questions.html
UPDATED F.A.Q's *. These questions are about the Eat Your Heart Out Cleanse. Do you do anything in particular for exercise? N0, the first time I did it I didn't even exercise and lost ten pounds, the last two times I have kept doing my regular work out (running & weightlifting) and I have had similar results. I would say just keep doing what you are doing. The calorie value is lower, so you might feel a little weaker than normal and an intense workout might not work. On turkey and chicken days, does it m...

Birdie in Paris: November 2012
http://birdieinparis.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
They call me Birdie. Thursday, November 29, 2012. Just a follow-up to last night's depressing post. Sorry (but not too sorry) about all the Les Misérables posts as of late. But I just watched THIS again:. This play is more than a mere story. It is a testimony. Do you hear the people sing. Lost in the valley of the night. It is the music of a people. Who are climbing to the light. For the wretched of the earth. There is a flame that never dies. Even the darkest night will end. And the sun will rise. 8220;...

Monday, May 27, 2013. I'm over on Flock Together. Beautiful flower top. Come see! Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Just because my favorite movies are gangster movies*, and because of that, there's a small part of me that will never trust you if you can't drink your espresso straight. In the realm of all things Godfather. Parts I and II are tied for my favorite films of all time, but you should see the third to a) feel complete as a person and b) see what an awkward, pre-teen Sofia Coppola is like. It's Sunday n...

Birdie in Paris: So there you have it.
http://birdieinparis.blogspot.com/2012/11/so-there-you-have-it.html
They call me Birdie. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. So there you have it. So I don't know about you, but for me watching debates and elections is almost more exciting and cutthroat than football. Especially in a presidential race this close. Call me crazy, but I really love politics, even when they disappoint me. I won't go into some big political rant about how irresponsible and stupid Americans are for voting someone back into office who has already done so much damage, that's not what this blog is for.

They call me Birdie. Saturday, June 30, 2012. A very pin-teresting weekend is back! My very deepest apologies for letting the one thing that was supposed to be consistent about this blog disappear.
