Saturday, June 12, 2010. It's June in Portlandia Oregonia and that means one thing.The 103rd Portland Rose Festival and Grand Floral Parade. Every year as a child I couldn't wait to go to the parade. Of coarse we would only go if it was not raining.which is about only every 3 years or so. We were a fair weather parade going family. Then there was the Princess Court!
