WHO WE CARE FOR. Who We Care For. Legacy House serves a 100% low-income predominantly multi-Asian clientele. Many of our clients are the pioneers who helped build the Chinatown-International District. Our seniors are usually first-generation immigrants who speak limited English and do not have family or friends to help them access traditional health care. WHO WE CARE FOR. Seniors at Legacy House are able to grow older in culturally-familiar surroundings with the support of staff that honors the traditions they hold dear. Our staff speaks at least 15 different Asian languages and dialects, so our residents and clients can communicate in the way most-comfortable to them.
