Il mio Golden Yunnan del cuore. Oggi ho provato uno dei tè che volevo acquistare già da mesi: il Golden Yunnan. Uno dei tè più pregiati tra i Dianhong. La caratteristica principale di questo tè è che, oltre ad essere ossidato, è composto soprattutto da gemme. Chiamate golden tips) che danno alle foglie essiccate il tipico colore oro. Questo è decisamente il “nero” per eccellenza, con una giusta dose di caffeina e un gusto intenso e deciso, che tanti sostituiscono addirittura al caffè. È di circa 4 minuti.

Il tè in questione ha origine nella regione di Dimbula. Sulle montagne Singalesi (sempre nello Sri Lanka) le cui piante crescono ad un’altitudine di 1800 metri circa: si tratta di un tè più ossidato rispetto agli altri di Ceylon e per questo tende ad avere un gusto più piatto . Sto, infatti, trasferendo questo mio piccolo spazio in un dominio tutto mio e in più sto per modificare completamente la grafica in modo da realizzare un blog più accessibile e anche, mi auguro, più bello da vedere. Intanto vi lascio con degli scatti fatti ad un fiore di tè jasmine. Insomma non sono i tè più buoni da bere ma sicuramente sono i più belli da vedere!
