novel (and not so novel) notions + notes to nowhere: Too long
http://notestonowhere.blogspot.com/2009/08/too-long.html
Novel (and not so novel) notions notes to nowhere. Musings and missives as well as tips and thoughts on children, parenting, work, marriage, writing, publishing, books, magazines, music, movies, literature, friendship, travel, love, family, the world - compromising.and yet somehow having it all. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. All the while, the thinking of it is taking place. It is exciting, but it raises the question, at what point is the thinking enough and when can the writing begin? It's important to focus, but I pe...

imogenagerie: Curious indeed II
http://imogenagerie.blogspot.com/2009/01/curious-indeed.html
I am a work in progress. whatever i am thinking right now, that is who i am. therefore i will never be the same each time. not that i'm telling you everything. Saturday, January 10, 2009. I had been waiting for this movie since July. Finally I saw it. A wee bit Forrest Gump-ish perhaps, but let me tell `ya, *whispers*. I never really liked Forrest Gump all that much. Abandonment, love at its first glimmerings, sadness, old age, death, all too natural, human concerns. And then again, who's to say, I may j...

Anna's Tasa: February 2012
http://annastasa.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
A brew of random thoughts. February 13, 2012. Yesterday, it rained buckets again. Our street was a huge puddle, and our backyard was a mini swimming pool. My Blair Witch Project state-of-mind notwithstanding, there are no rainy-days-and-mondays blues for me. I love it when it rains, especially because of happy memories of no-school days, comfort food and paper boats. My rainy-day favorites- then and now:. 1 Cozying up with a good book, a piping hot cup of coffee and a warm woolen blanket. February 6, 2012.

imogenagerie: A concert under the pouring rain
http://imogenagerie.blogspot.com/2010/10/concert-under-pouring-rain.html
I am a work in progress. whatever i am thinking right now, that is who i am. therefore i will never be the same each time. not that i'm telling you everything. Monday, October 25, 2010. A concert under the pouring rain. Who knew that aside from being ready with our cameras, memory cards, batteries, and mp3 recorder, we would also be bringing along ponchos that night? Le sigh. To cut a long story short, it not only rained - it poured. I made a video using some pictures taken by my friend Vinny. A concert ...

Anna's Tasa: December 2011
http://annastasa.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
A brew of random thoughts. December 21, 2011. Back to Grade One. I had my first Grade One party in a looong, loooong time. Since Grade One actually, which was decades ago. It was hard squeezing into a pint-sized armchair, and with 40 or so fellow stage mothers around it was one crowded affair. But it was quite a happy way to start the party season. And since it was held in the room where I spent my original Grade One party, it was like teleporting back to the. There were no I-got-a-towel tears during the...

kiwi countdown: November 2007
http://kiwicountdown.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
It's the old story - will he? And what will she do in the meantime, to get ready if he does, and to keep herself occupied if he doesn't. Friday, November 30, 2007. November 30, and I have reached 30 items on my Scavenger Hunt list. It has been a joy, an education, and an eye-opener hunting through new blogs in search of interesting items. I orginally got (stole) the idea from Radioactive Jam. The beautifully written entries about her life on a dairy farm are so fascinating, I've added her to my blogroll.
