A personal diary of my Fulbright experience. Tuesday, June 20, 2006. Oaxaca is astonishingly beautiful. The climate is tropical, and the flowers are very vibrant and the colors are amazing. We wake up every day to hear birds singing. it is like paradise. We have seen and done more in the past few days than I have done in a long time. I am in awe of everything, it is so beautiful here! A personal diary of my Fulbright experience. Thursday, July 06, 2006. Today I went swimming twice, both in the pool which is on the roof of our hotel. And also at the beach. I walked along the beach with friends, who taught me to jump over the waves. I enjoyed it so much! I had never swam in the ocean before.
