Living the Dream: Living the dream
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2010/07/living-dream.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Tuesday, July 27, 2010. What does my blog title mean? Well, it's basically two-fold. First off, I'm a child of the King. I have a royal inheritance in Christ Jesus! How exciting is that? It's the one thing in life that though it sounds too good to be true, it is the. Truth My life now is really but a dream, a wonderful dream full of hope and love, and some days like a nightmare unfortunately. But I look forward to the reality of eternity someday in the future!

Living the Dream: Fast forward 18 months...
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2012/07/fast-forward-18-months.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Saturday, July 7, 2012. Fast forward 18 months. If you had asked me after my last post what I could expect for the next year and half of my life, I don't think I could have conjured up in my imagination all that God really had in store for me. Isn't that cool to be able to look back and realize dreams that came true that hadn't even been as much as a thought and year and a half ago? So what has happened you may ask. Went into car qualification in August. Now to him...

A journey worth taking and remembering. Saturday, February 12, 2011. New Year, New Goals, New Dreams. So this post is waaaaay late, since January is already over and done with, and February is half over. But as busy as I've been lately, well, this is the first time I've been on my blog in a long time. :) Time to catch up! January began with a celebration! Congrats to my brother Jared and his new wife Adrienne - my first sister-in-law! Jared, Me, and Nate. The Full Fincher Family :). And I'm not - oh some...

Living the Dream: 15 days in counting
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2010/08/15-days-in-counting.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Saturday, August 21, 2010. 15 days in counting. Well, it's finally official. Danny and I are going to embark on our first cruise coming up in a couple weeks! It took us forever to actually make up our minds. But finally, we narrowed it down, hashed out a few numbers, and agreed - we need this. :). I'm so looking forward to it! So this is long overdue, and what a great way to celebrate our 5th anniversary. :). Posted by Amy "Chrissy" Hanscome. I am excited for you!

Living the Dream: Waiting...
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2010/08/waiting.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. I hate playing the waiting game. It's uncomfortable, frustrating, and depressing. I know Danny's confidence and morale is quite shaken right now. It's hard not to think, "what did I do wrong" or "I'm just not good enough" when you are stuck waiting! Danny is such a wonderful person, hard worker, excels at ANYTHING he puts his mind to, and I mean anything! Do you know how frustrating it is when your husband is always right or always wins?

Living the Dream: August Rush...
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2010/08/august-rush.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Monday, August 9, 2010. Well, August has really started off with a bang! I come back from Dallas with strep throat, which I suffer with for a couple days before I head to the doctor to find out why I'm still sick, and then I suffer another couple days till the antibiotics kick in. :-( And now, a full week later, I'm finally feeling like myself again. Whew! What an exhausting week! All dressed up for the big night! One day I'll make it on stage. :). I am so glad you...

I will rejoice and be glad: Nursery

Off the beaten path, Georgia, United States. View my complete profile. Books I am reading right now. Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. Thursday, July 2, 2009. It has been a busy summer and it is already half way over. I wanted to post some of the things that I have been working on and gathering together for the nursery. Gave it to me. The green in the bottom left is a rug that I picked up at a garage sale earlier this spring. I love this. This was made by my friend Liz. My mother also brought thi...

Living the Dream: It's been awhile
http://chrissylivingthedream.blogspot.com/2010/10/its-been-awhile.html
A journey worth taking and remembering. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Been way too long since my last post. I have so much to catch up and plan to do so for the next few days. :) Since my last post, I've been on a cruise, visited with family from Minnesota, and even carved a pumpkin! Pictures and details are to follow soon. It can be such a struggle sometimes. Sure it's easy to say "I trust Him", but when bad things happen or good things don't, why do I get down and upset?
