Here's what you'll need:. 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour. 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder. 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon (according to your taste). 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1 1/2 to 2 cups of shredded zucchini (I use 2 cups). 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon orange peel zest.
