http://donaldinri.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
When surrounded by "crazy Americans", this Bermudian shines. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. One Week To Go. Dad's month-long stay always seems like this massive amount of time looming in the distance when we're preparing for his arrival. We've all lived on our own for so long that a month with a parent in the house now seems an alien concept. When surrounded by "crazy Americans", this Bermudian shines. Sunday, May 2, 2010. It Takes a Vineland Village. Dad could have endured a terribly boring week, but my sister, roommates and friends were fantastic. "What's she named? She took me church! Heather earned extra brownie points with Donald for that one, especially considering I got him to church as the final hymn was being sung the week before. Everyone stepped in and picked up the slack. Vineland's Visitor: House Rules
http://donaldinri.blogspot.com/2010/04/house-rules.html
When surrounded by "crazy Americans", this Bermudian shines. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Last year we discovered that living with an extended house guest creates the need to establish a few ground rules. We hadn't thought much about the rules again until Donald's recent return, and I was sure to remind him of them on the way home from the airport. Rule #1: Stay in bed until 7:00am. Rule #2: House guests must wear pants. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. A (Lenelle Moïse) blog.

When surrounded by "crazy Americans", this Bermudian shines. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Bermuda Shorts" entries will be a space for shorter posts and amusing anecdotes. It's no great secret that I'm not the woman you want around in case of an emergency. My fight-or-flight response can be more accurately characterized as fright-and-flight. It was pretty crummy to realize that I wouldn't even stick around to help my own father! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

A BermuDiana Grows in Providence: Everybody, Flea!
http://abermudianagrows.blogspot.com/2013/06/everybody-flea.html
A BermuDiana Grows in Providence. Savoring life in the Renaissance City. Monday, June 3, 2013. Two years ago I enjoyed a wondrous afternoon in Brooklyn with my friend Cathie. We spent a few hours getting lost amidst the splendor of crafts, clothes, jewels, vintage eyewear and antique furniture at Brooklyn Flea's Fort Greene location. When we were all shopped out we sat on the stairs overlooking the market, drinking in the sights and sounds while savoring fresh fruit ice pops. At the front of the line of ...
