She tried desperately to pick something up and eventually took a chopstick in each hand and tried to spear a vegetable in order to pick it up. Unfortunately, our attempt at instant gravy was a bust, but it was pretty much the only casualty of the night. Dorsey contributed sweet potatoe casserole that had the best topping - I must have that recipe - and homemade pumpkin pie - YUM! Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Graham celebrated his 4th birthday 3 times! First was the actual day. As soon as Daddy got home from work he opened presents and we had cake. When he opened a lego truck from Reed he said, "I've been BEGGING for this! The cake was pretty sad looking (Mommy made it) but it tasted great. After each one. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. First Day of School! First Day of School! Wednesday was both Reed and Graham's first day of school. Reed started his 1st grade year and was so excited. His teacher is Ms. Goldhammer and he has 3 classmates from last year in this year's class including Noah, one of his best friends. Friday, March 6, 2009. I didn't set any goals for Reed for 2009 (please read my post about Graham down below first! I've been thinking about this post forever but have been too darn lazy to write it. There is NOTHING on TV here on Friday nights (during the week they have great shows on late.) so here I go. Thus far Graham is the typical 2nd child, doing everything just a little bit earlier than his big brother did because he copies everything he sees. And then there is potty training. No, I'm DIAPER BOY!

En slags pølsegryte med mais. Brød med honning og krem. Rå fisk fra Jeju. Rå blekksprut fra Jeju. Syltede grønnsaker med chili. Ida og Hanne spiser Bulgogi. Mais, poteter og vaktelegg. Her kunne man kjøpe håndlagede dumplings. Dumplings, nudelsuppe og kimchi. Tørket fisk med aioli og chilisaus. Soju, den koreanske varianten av sake.
