Sunday, April 3, 2011. I've done various types of initiatives/low ropes/team building activities many times in my life, and often they are the same old, same old. On Friday, I did a brand new one, Biblical style - sepherding! It took a bit of of physical pushing, chasing, barking, and asking really nicely in our best Hebrew and goat language, but we managed to complete the task in 15 minutes. What were we supposed to learn from the experience (besides shepherding skills, obviously)? Who was the leader?
