Sup Ekor Cik Yong. 1/2 bawang besar dihiris. 2 bawang putih dihiris. 1/2 inci halia dihiris. 1 kiub stok rusuk/pati daging Maggi. 1 sudu makan rempah sup Adabi. 1 biji limau kasturi/1/3 biji lemon untuk jus. 1 batang celeri jika suka. Daun sup dan bawang goreng untuk ditabur sebelum makan. 1 Masak ekor sehingga empuk. 2 Tumis bahan hirisan dengan sedikit minyak. 3 Tuangkan dalam periuk. 4 Tambahkan semua bahan - rempah sup, kiub Maggi, jus limau, dan kentang.
