Friday, October 24, 2014. Oct 9th: We had a wonderful picnic at Theodore Roosevelt Island. This was a real treat. Babs and Steve were sharing their favorite, secret picnic spot with us. Shuttle Run and Burpees for time. 20 yard dash, 10 burpees. 50 yard dash. 10 burpees. 80 yard dash, 10 burpbees. 100 yard dash, 10 burpees. 15 Wall Ball Shots, 8 lbs. 15 kettel bell swings, 15 lbs. 25 yard burpee broad jump. 25 yard lunge walk. Checking in with his judge. That one stadium accent was very steep! Walking lunges, knee had to touch the grass every time.
