Sunday, June 12, 2011. The French Mediterranean Coast…It’s not all The French Rivera. It is interesting to note that almost all the holiday breaks and days off for schools are associated with a religious event in France. For a country that often states that there is a clear separation of church and state…these days off do pose some interesting questions. So I decided to make a trip out of it. I, again, used the Tours Airport and the infamous RyanAir…the convenience and cost is truly unbeatable.

Friday, December 24, 2010. Kaitlyn’s arrival and vacation in Italy. As of December 5, Kaitlyn has been in France! We arrived in Rome very early Friday morning (around 12:30AM). We were worried that we were going to get in and not get to our hotel in time…since some European hotels close the front desk after midnight. Nevertheless, we made it to our hotel (Hotel Tempi). Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Vineyard Visit and Wine Tasting. Last Wednesday I had an “animation” (workshop) near Bourgouil, France. Jenny, Devlin, and I accompanied Fleurette to a workshop where we would help her explain the differences between the US and UK.
