Last night my daughter and I ventured to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA for another stop on our #summerofconcerts tour. The show eas headlined by Rascal Flatts with opener, Scotty McCreery and a guest opener spot by RaeLynn. Friday, July 31, 2015. Summerofconcerts Rolls on with Bryan Adams. This tour commemorates the 30th anniversary of the release of the album Reckless. I first saw Bryan Adams on the original Reckless tour 30 years ago, have seen him since, and now, 30 years later, got to share this tour with my daughter. The second "half" of the two hour plus set covered some of his other 13 studio albums. At 55, Adams still has that boyish look and charm that won over the crown. It was a really fun show! The Boys Night Out.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. I took my daughter out for sushi this evening for a birthday dinner. We ate a lot of sushi, a lot, and it was glorious. It was the first time I ever had one of those giant wooden boat thingies filled with sushi - we polished it off with no problem - but we of course started with a sashimi ceviche and jalapeno hamachi appetizer.it was a nice indulgence!
