Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Calling out to the DIY gods. January: Cleaning out the closets. As part of my happiness project this year, January's focus is on clearing the clutter. Every clutter imaginable.physical, mental, spiritual, etc. I'm starting with the little things before tackling the closets and drawers. I've been needing one for quite some time. Everything is scattered all over every little candle holder, cup, hook, you name it- every nook and cranny. A cheap DIY jewelry holder and organizer.

Ok so maybe this blog post should've come last year but I was too occupied freaking out about turning 30 and it's taken a whole year for me to truly embrace this decade of my life. What I've discovered in my first year of fabulous thirties is, I was able to let go of all the expectations I had about my life and just live it. So, in honor of my thirties, I made a note of just a few things I learned the past. You can't expect anyone else to enjoy your company if you don't.

Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Lately I have been on a craft roll, this is what i have done so far- more to come. I wanted to show off my first attempt to modge podging my dresser, I have some air bubbles I couldn't get rid of but other then that I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
