Soak it for Schools! Stormwater is water that comes from rainfall or snowmelt. In forested or vegetated landscapes, much of the stormwater that falls will soak into the ground where it is used by plant life, filters into ground water aquifers or slowly seeps into streams, rivers in lakes.
