Really easy to make if you have people coming over tonight or tomorrow :). By the way, if you do not have peppers, you can use tomatoes as a substitute. 2 orange or red peppers. 1 cup of any type of rice. 1/2 cup of onion. 1/2 cup of pepper. 1/2 cup of zucchini. 1/2 cup of mushrooms. Do not cut yourself!
