As a cycling fan this is the saddest tour de France in my lifetime. Thursday, January 18, 2007. There is a reason why Perreiro was not asking for his title anymore following the Landis debacle, he was himself doped! Salbutamol, a banned substance, has been found in his urine, twice! Salbutamol is usually prescribe for asthma problems but Perreiro is failing to provide documentation that he suffers from the problem. Posted by Marc at 8:20 PM. Sunday, August 06, 2006.
